The 2018 Rolex Deepsea Sea-Dweller D-Blue 126660 features a 44mm stainless steel case with a black Cerachrom bezel surrounding a black dial on a stainless steel Oyster bracelet with folding buckle. For 2018, Rolex has changed the lug and bracelet sizing of its largest dive watch while adding a new caliber, the Rolex 3235 automatic movement with Chronergy Escapement and 70-hour power reserve.

The redesigned 2018 Rolex Deepsea fits on smaller wrists and wears with greater comfort than the original reference 116660. Functions include hours, minutes, seconds and date. The watch also measures 17.8mm in thickness and 51.8mm from lug-to-lug.
