The Jaeger-LeCoutlre Master Compressor Extreme Lab 2 (ref Q203T541 ) is just one of 300 pieces made in ceramic and titanium. The 2015 blue accent edition is large but not massive. The watch measures 53mm from lug to lug and is 15.6mm thick. Across the case the watch measures 46.3mm, making it broad across the wrist. The lugs are ratcheting allowing for the strap to fit nicely around the wrist.
