Hublot arrives at Watches & Wonders 2026 with the Big Bang Reloaded — a comprehensive evolution of its iconic Unico platform — alongside two high-profile athlete editions and some of the most extreme material executions in the brand's history. Tim Mosso goes hands-on with the full lineup.
The Big Bang Reloaded is the core story for 2026. Five regular production references in 44mm, all powered by the Unico HUB1280 — a lateral clutch, column wheel flyback chronograph with 72-hour power reserve — visible on the dial side through the openworked architecture. Available in blue ceramic with titanium, titanium with black ceramic, dark green ceramic with titanium, all-black ceramic, and Magic Gold. Magic Gold begins as a porous ceramic matrix co-molded with 24k gold, baked and combined into a material with the aesthetic of bronze and the scratch resistance of ceramic. All references are 100m water resistant with push-button quick-release straps and twin-trigger folding clasps.
The Big Bang Reloaded Kylian Mbappé is a 200-piece limited edition in white ceramic and 18k King Gold — a personal collaboration with the footballer, featuring his lucky number 10 referenced at 10 o'clock in contrasting yellow, his mantra "Trust Yourself" on the bezel, and his signature on the caseback. Available through all Hublot dealers, not a boutique exclusive.
The Big Bang Reloaded Usain Bolt is also a 200-piece limited edition — black ceramic with carbon fiber and 18k yellow King Gold. Soil from Bolt's original hometown training track in Jamaica is encapsulated in the sapphire caseback. His personal philosophy — "Anything is Possible, Don't Think Limits" — is engraved on the bezel. Mechanically identical to the Mbappé edition.
The Spirit of Big Bang Impact is a 42mm tonneau-shaped model in all-black ceramic powered by the new Caliber 1770 — a new automatic with 50-hour power reserve, moon phase, and double-digit date. The "impact" aesthetic fractures across both dial and bezel in contrasting metallic fragments.
The Spirit of Big Bang Impact Sapphire with Osmium is a 30-piece limited edition featuring a dial of alternating rhodium-plated and osmium elements. Osmium is the rarest and most expensive metal on earth by weight — the result is a dial with a cyan-blue metallic luster unlike anything else in watchmaking. Also Caliber 1770 with moon phase and double-digit date.
The Big Bang Impact 1 Million rounds out the collection — CHF 1,000,000, 470 diamonds including a central flying tourbillon, five-day power reserve. The most extravagant watch in Hublot's current catalog.
