Geneva Watch Days 2022 brings a flood of new luxury watches to close out the 2022 model year and reveal the first 2023 luxury watches. At Geneva Watch Days, Oris has launched its latest 2022 watch model in the form of the Oris Divers Sixty-Five 12 Hour Calibre 400. This 40mm stainless steel dive watch is designed to pay homage to vintage Oris watches of the 1960s. The 12-hour bezel is similar to those featured on vintage dive watches from the golden era of amateur diving. In keeping with the vintage inspiration of the model, the bezel moves in bi-directional fashion rather than the unidirectional action of a modern dive watch. The first Oris dive watch of 1965 inspires the look of Oris' newest luxury timepiece.

Two versions of the Oris Divers Sixty-Five 12H Calibre 400 will be offered. When equipped with a stainless steel bracelet, Oris reference 01 400 7772 4054-07 8 20 18 has a retail price of $3,700. The same watch when equipped with a leather strap uses Oris reference number 01 400 7772 4054-07 5 20 82 and has a retail price of $3,500. Both models feature a water resistance rating of 100 meters.

The Oris Calibre 400 provides power to both versions of the new dive watch. This automatic movement is an in-house Oris design that includes a 5-day power reserve, a 10-year service interval, and a 10-year warranty. Twin mainspring barrels provide consistent torque to the escapement, which is crafted from low-friction silicon parts. Oris designed the Calibre 400 to withstand the effects of 2,250 gauss of magnetic field strength without suffering more than 30 seconds of error per 24 hours. Moreover, Oris adjusts each caliber 400 in five positions and declares the 24-hour precision will remain within the bounds of -3/+5 seconds.

Other watch brands exhibiting at Geneva Watch Days 2022 include Greubel Forsey, Czapek, De Bethune, MB&F, Breitling, H. Moser & Cie., Bulgari Watches (Bvlgari), Urwerk, and Hautlence. While Rolex and Patek Philippe will launch their novelties at Watches & Wonders, Geneva Watch Days provides the premier platform for independent watch brands to debut their newest watch models.
