Market Wrap with Mike Manjos

It’s auction time in Geneva (!) and there’s plenty to keep our eyes on. What sells and for how much over the next few days will likely impact the global watch market. Mike Manjos is here to break it down and talk about the most important pieces going up.
Before our main story, however, Manjos kicks off this week's Market Wrap with a few stellar additions to our inventory. F.P. Journe has been on fire lately and the ever-collectible Chronometre Bleu, with its deep metallic blue dial, is one of the hottest watches out there. Manjos follows things up with the Franck Muller Crazy Hours which combines a one-of-a-kind complication inside an always classic tonneau-shaped case. Lastly, Manjos presents the Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41 with a 'Tiffany' blue dial - always a stunner and a timepiece that is in high demand!
This week's main story revolves around the watches we're keeping our eyes on during the upcoming Geneva auctions. Manjos considers what effects the final selling prices for Patek Philippe minute repeaters and perpetual calendars will have on the market going forward. He also shines a spotlight on the F.P. Journe Octa and Tourbillon models, with an expectation that the Journe bar will continue to rise to new heights. Cartier also gets a closer look, and we wonder how collectors will respond to pieces from the incredible Cartier Privée Paris Collection. We can't wait to find out what happens and will discuss the results with you during next week's Market Wrap.
